Getting Started
To get started with OpManager OnDemand you need to follow 4 simple and easy steps
- Signup for an account either as an MSP to manage customers networks or as an enterprise and add multiple users @ http://ondemand.opmanager.com/signup.sas
- Login to create accounts for customers if you are an MSP or for users if an enterprise
- Install the probe on relevant networks
- Start monitoring devices

2. Login to create accounts
Use the account details you can now login into http://ondemand.opmanager.com
Proceed to create customer accounts under Admin > Customers

User accounts can be created under Admin>Users

3. Install probe in network
Probes need to be installed in the customer's or user's network to monitor and manage their devices. The remote probes collect status of devices in its location and communicates it to the central server.
Proceed to Admin > Probes and follow the instructions...





4. Start monitoring the devices
Add the device you want to monitor using Admin > Add Device
Once the device gets added, it will get listed in the devices list (via drop-down menu, Devices > Complete Listing - Devices ). Once you have the devices discovered, the next steps are:
