Change in IT Services

With ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand you can list all the available IT services in your organization in this page. All the affected IT Services on change will be selected from the list. The affected IT services list will be submitted to the CAB to infer the impact of the change also it can be recorded and used for future reference.

Adding a New IT Service

  1. Click on the Add New Service link on the right hand side of the page. This opens the Add IT Services details page.

  2. Specify the Name of the IT Service in the given text field. This is a mandatory field.

  3. Specify the IT Service details in the Description fields

  4. Save the changes.

  5. Click the Save and add new button to save the IT service and add another IT service.


Editing a Service

  1. Click on the edit icon next to the service you want to edit

  2. The edit page will be displayed

  3. Edit the required fields and click on Save

  4. Click the Save and add new button to save the IT service and add another IT service.


Deleting a Service

  1. Select the check boxes next to the service or services you want to delete.

  2. Click on the Delete button

  3. A confirmation message will pop up.

  4. Click Ok to proceed in deleting the service or click on Cancel if you do not want to delete the service
