Viewing Survey Results
You can view the survey results filled in by the requester from this page. A survey is defined and a survey mail is sent to the requester. By sending the survey mail you can request the requester to answer the survey questions to improve the service provided by service desk team. The survey replies by requesters will be listed under this section.
To view survey results:
Click on the Admin tab and under the User Survey block click on Survey Results icon . This displays the Survey Results list page
Click the subject link of the survey result. This opens User Satisfaction Survey page.
In the user survey page you can view three blocks of information such as Survey Details, Requester Comments & Suggestions and Requesters Answers.
In the survey details you can view survey sent to, date, time, reason, survey ID, created on, answered on and closed on information.
You can view the requester comments, suggestions and their answers in their corresponding blocks.
You also get the satisfaction level summary
in percentage.
Survey Language for Requesters
When taking up the Survey, if the Requester is signed into ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand with his credentials, the default display language of Survey is the language that the Requester has set in his Zoho Accounts User Profile. If the Requester is not signed into the application, the display language is the language set in the user's browser locale.
