ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand has email options for the technicians
to communicate to the users. Say, technicians communicate to the users
for any event occurred or to get any information from users.
To email users:
Log in to ServiceDesk
Plus On-Demand using your user name
and password.
Click the Assets
tab in the header pane to open Assets home page.
Click Software
under Resources block. Click Scanned Software link.
From the software list
view page, click on the software name to open the software details page.
Click on the Actions
tab -> select Email users option
to open the Email Users page.
Specify the To
email address in the given field.
Specify the Subject
and Description about the
email in the respective fields. By default you have subject and description
provided for the email.
Click Send
E-mail button to send the email to the user.
