Log in to ServiceDesk
Plus On-Demand using your user name and password.
Click on Assets
tab -> Click Non-IT Asset link
on the left hand side of the page. This opens the IT Assets list view
page.
From the Assets list
view page, select the asset to be modified by enabling the check box beside
the asset title.
Click the Actions
combo box -> select the Modify State
option. (OR) From the Asset details page, click the Change
link beside the Resource State on the right hand side of the page. This
opens the Modify State page.
Select the Modify
State from the combo box. Ex: In Use, In Store and so on.
